We will ship your order within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges apply.

You will receive tracking details over email and SMS once your order is shipped. You can track your package in real-time using the provided tracking number.

Return Policy
7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@slizz.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Inspection Rights
Slizz reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. In case of missing items in return orders (where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items), we have the right to deduct an amount up to the full paid amount of the missing product from the refund amount.
Important: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return.

In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product back and complete the quality inspection.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Replacement Policy
Requesting a Replacement
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a replacement by emailing us at hello@slizz.in with your order details and images of the defect.
Replacement Process
Our team will review your request and arrange for a replacement if the claim is valid. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the same product is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
